OrbitRep provides review monitoring, analysis, and case-management tools for businesses. Customers are responsible for using the platform in compliance with Google policies, local law, and applicable privacy obligations.

1. Service scope

OrbitRep helps businesses identify potentially policy-violating reviews, generate evidence, and manage legitimate reporting workflows. Removal decisions are made by Google and cannot be guaranteed.

2. Prohibited use

Users may not fabricate evidence, manipulate ratings, falsely report legitimate reviews, or engage in deceptive or abusive review practices. OrbitRep must be used only for good-faith, policy-compliant workflows.

3. Liability

OrbitRep is not liable for the actions of Google, third-party platforms, or the accuracy of public customer reviews. Customers remain responsible for their own business practices, recordkeeping, and communications.
